Equine mediation
When words are no longer enough, the body and presence take their place.
The horse does not judge. He listens differently.
And that's often where it all begins.
Mediation Center: What is it?
Equine mediation is a form of non-verbal support which is based on the relationship between humans and horses.
It allows us to approach differently:
-
emotions
-
self-confidence
-
stress or anxiety management
-
relational or educational difficulties
-
attention or communication disorders
-
bodily or emotional blockages
It is neither a riding lesson nor a medical treatment, but a space of lived experience, where the child, adolescent or adult can reconnect with themselves through the presence of the horse.

How is it going?
An equine mediation workshop
-
Sessions last approximately 1 hour (format adapted to the individual)
-
They take place on the ground, at liberty or on a lunge line, respecting the rhythm of the horse and the person
-
No riding skills are necessary
-
The speaker is there to support the exchange, observe, adjust, name if necessary
-
There may be moments of silence, observation, movement, contact...
-
Each session is unique: it starts from what the person is experiencing at the moment
Who is this for?
To anyone who feels the need:
-
to refocus
-
to learn to set limits without violence
-
to regain her confidence
-
to feel your body better
-
to relax in a safe and lively environment
And in particular:
-
to children and adolescents with educational, emotional or relational difficulties
-
to neuroatypical people (ADHD, ASD, HPI, etc.)
-
to adults in transition, overloaded or in search of meaning
-
for parents wanting a calming space with their child
Sessions can be integrated into an educational program, an individual project, or offered independently according to needs.

Why the horse and the donkey?
Together, horses and donkeys offer a range of complementary experiences.
One mobilizes, the other soothes.
Both welcome what is, without forcing, without judging.
-
Because they feel everything, but judge nothing.
-
Because they live in the moment, without expectation, without masks.
-
Because they respond to the truth, not to what we want to show.
-
The horse is sensitive, powerful, and demanding. He senses tension, tests intentions, and pushes for alignment.
It requires us to set our framework clearly, to find a gentle but fair authority. -
The donkey, on the other hand, invites us to slow down. He never rushes. He observes, he waits for the connection to be made.
It is extremely subtle, capable of offering deep closeness to those who need security and stability.
